itsme appointed Authorised Partner of Danfoss

itsme has become an Authorised Partner of Danfoss. This joyful event is the result of a long-standing partnership, in which itsme has distinguished itself through in-depth knowledge, practical experience and excellent customer service.

The ability of itsme to distinguish itself and live up to its motto "MakingYouSucceed" is partly due to Danfoss. By regularly retraining itsme Industrial Automation employees and the Sales Department, Danfoss contributes to the continuous improvement of itsme's service and product knowledge.

This is reflected in the high level of the Technical Support Desk, Cedeo-accredited basic training on Danfoss FC300 variable speed drives and good information transfer regarding Danfoss' products, services and solutions.  But of course also in the field, where Danfoss and itsme, with their practical expertise and solution-oriented advice, have formed a solid customer-focused triangle for many years.

Partner Excellence Program

As an Authorised Partner, itsme is now participating in Danfoss' Partner Excellence Programme (PEP). This is designed to promote partnership excellence in order to provide excellent customer service. It means: striving for the best product selection, finding new ways to solve customer problems and becoming familiar with the latest technologies.

The appointment as Authorised Partner not only underlines itsme's expertise, but also strengthens the company's position as a reliable partner for industrial automation and electrical engineering solutions. itsme looks forward to continuing to innovate together with Danfoss and supporting customers even better in achieving their goals.

    Danfoss - Condition-based Monitoring
Danfoss's intelligent AC drives provide early warning of downtime by collecting, evaluating and storing data from sensors. Results are made available in the cloud or locally, for predictive maintenance. This improves performance, efficiency and uptime, extends component life and reduces complexity. Installation is simple: the controller learns automatically or the user performs an identification run. For the problems that arose during the process, itsme quickly provided Stimac/SNK with a solution. “When a customer calls us, we respond immediately.
