Well prepared?

You may think:

"If my frequency drive fails, I'll order a new one right away".

But is a one-to-one replacement still available? At what point do you want to have this information? When production stops, or perhaps a little earlier? You may not realise it, but a Danfoss AC drive often lasts more than 10 years.

Danfoss has developed a life cycle model that consists of four phases:
1.    New
2.    Active
3.    Limited
4.    Inactive
Each phase is characterised by its various possibilities. These include extending the warranty, availability of spare parts, the possibility of providing service, the availability of a retrofit solution or the purchase of a new drive.

We would be happy to carry out an “itsme-Factory-Scan” with you.

During an on-site audit we will, together with you, map out the most important Danfoss frequency drives that are in use at the production location. We look at the general condition of the drive, including wear and tear, age, exposure to risks and the urgency factor in the event of a breakdown. After the audit, we analyse the items according to the Danfoss life cycle model. For each frequencydrive, we identify the stage of the life cycle and the future possibilities in relation to the continuity of production. We provide a report with key facts that can support management in making decisions about managing future risks. Our advice and recommendations enable you to plan maintenance, retrofits, future upgrades and replacement for profitable on-site production.

By filling in the form below this page, we can contact you to make an appointment.

Of course, you can also do the inventory yourself.

Send us the list of AC drives you have in use and we will enrich this data with the relevant life cycle choices. We will be happy to discuss the status of your existing AC drives and our advice and recommendations with you. We will then draw up an action plan for future availability planning.

Yes, I will carry out the inventory myself. Download the inventory form via the button.
Download the inventory form here and send it filled in to ia@support.itsme.eu.

Eneco - Green light for green electricity and steam
Eneco Bio Golden Raand, located in the port area of Delfzijl, converts biomass into green electricity and green steam. Each year, the plant processes approximately 300,000 tons of waste wood from the Netherlands and neighboring countries. As part of Eneco’s climate ambitions, a project began in 2022 to replace the existing fluorescent lighting in and around the boiler room. The project was carried out under the supervision of itsme. “Two factors were important in this process: the cost, of course, but also the level of service.”
