Stahl Electromach - Explosion-Proof Linear Luminaires

R. STAHL's explosion-proof linear luminaires and LED lighting solutions feature advanced, innovative LED technology. They come standard with electrical connections on both ends, five-core through-wiring, and a new sealing system ensuring a certified IP66/IP67 protection rating. The electronic ballast, mounted on the reflector plate of the LED luminaires, enhances the maintenance-friendliness of the Ex linear luminaires. Whatever version you choose to install in your environment, with R. STAHL, you’re in safe hands.

The existing LED luminaire models have been further improved technically. All new EXLUX conventional and LED linear luminaires are compatible with previous series.

Features of R. STAHL's Explosion-Proof Lighting and LED Luminaires:

  • Extremely high luminaire efficacy
  • Luminous flux remains at 90% of initial output after 100,000 hours
  • Optional DALI integration for control and monitoring
  • Optional address modules for direct control of a central battery system
  • Electronic ballast mounted on the reflector plate for easy maintenance
  • Phase safety switch (Zone 1) and through-wiring included as standard
  • New sealing system and improved central locking for IP66/IP67 protection rating
  • Highly robust LED lamps with IK10 impact resistance, yet lightweight (5 to 9 kg)

Ex Lighting for Hazardous Areas

A power outage at home is inconvenient but can usually be resolved without much trouble. However, in larger settings such as a multi-story office building or in hazardous areas like a chemical laboratory or an electrical workspace, a general power failure can lead to critical situations. In these cases, emergency lighting must be activated immediately and reliably.

R. STAHL understands better than anyone what is required in hazardous areas. This expertise drives their design and production of safety luminaires with emergency functions, providing professional solutions for potentially explosive atmospheres.
