Turck - Fluid+ liquid sensors: Innovation in fluid measurement
Turck's Fluid+ liquid sensors, are probably the most comprehensive sensors on the market for measuring pressure, temperature, flow and level. This technology is designed to detect all four variables on a single platform, without the limitations of previous generations.
The Fluid+ sensors offer an intuitive operating concept, making commissioning and operation easier than ever. Thanks to the absence of mechanical buttons, the sensors feature a robust housing with protection class IP69K. Modular process connections allow customer-specific combinations with short delivery times.
The sensors are equipped with IO-Link for condition monitoring and sensor-to-cloud solutions, exploiting the full potential of the sensor family. The capacitive operating keys and touch control functionality ensure easy operation and high protection classes, even in long-term use.
The 2-colour 14-segment display clearly indicates critical values by changing to red, allowing even untrained workers to react quickly. The flexible combination of process connections and sensor units shortens delivery times, even for rare combinations.
The integrated IO-Link functionality offers users several advantages. It improves machine availability by providing status and diagnostic data, helping to quickly locate and resolve faults. Installation and maintenance are simplified as parameters are automatically transferred when devices are replaced. In addition, IO-Link ensures higher data accuracy through fully digital transmission of measured values, and enables remote diagnosis, making maintenance more efficient.
