Schoon of hygiënisch? Ervaar de RVS-sensoren uit de 53C of 55C Serie van Leuze!
Er zijn nu eenmaal plaatsen waar je geen bacteriën wenst: overal waar voedsel en drank wordt geproduceerd en verpakt bijvoorbeeld. Leuze biedt sensoroplossingen voor het betrouwbaar detecteren van het vulniveau van waterige vloeistoffen in welke pot of fles dan ook. Door de hoge doorstralingscapaciteit kan dat ook bij bont gekleurde flessen of flessen met kunststof etiketten. Door een simpele aanbouw en sensorinstelling is er altijd goed gedoseerd!
Ook als een ongelijkmatige voorkant van bv. kaas– of vleeswaren gezien moet worden, om deze daarna netjes te kunnen verpakken heeft Leuze de ervaring in huis: met een optische taster met een laserlijn is elke detectie exact en wordt een vloeiende procesvoortgang gegarandeerd en liggen de plakjes netjes in de tray: de randen van deze tray blijven schoon en er kan probleemloos hygiënisch geseald worden!
Zomaar twee oplossingen waarmee Leuze u verder helpt met hun ervaring en standaard sensoroplossingen in RVS. Veel uiteenlopende varianten zijn snel leverbaar, IO-Link is standaard:
- Reflectorfotocellen voor glas- en PET-herkenning of foliedetectie
- Laser-reflectorfotocellen voor herkenning van kleine onderdelen
- Zender-ontvanger systemen voor herkenning van waterige vloeistoffen en voor vulniveaucontrole
- Tasters met achtergrondonderdrukking met een kleine lichtvlek voor detectie van glanzende en gekleurde objecten met een structuur
- Tasters met achtergrondonderdrukking met een langgerekte lijn-lichtvlek, voor herkenning van transparante objecten, evenals van objecten met onderbrekingen, boringen en stansingen
- Tasters met achtergrondonderdrukking met elektronische tastafstandinstelling en meetwaarde-uitgifte via IO-Link
- Tasters met achtergrondonderdrukking met speciale V-optiek, voor herkenning van transparante, vlakke, spiegelende en hoogglanzende objecten, evenals deklagen van trays met spuiten of ampullen
